A phone call is the FIRST step! Every estate has it's own unique set of circumstances. At this time, we will discuss our services and what your needs and concerns may be. Our fee is based on a percentage of the proceeds of the sale, there are no up front costs, no staging, set up, or clean up fees.
Next we will make an appointment for your complimentary consultation to assess and evaluate your estate. At your appointment, we will look through your home, decide what is to be sold, and answer any additional questions you may have. DON'T donate or throw anything away before our visit, with the exception of perishable food and medication! What may seem like trash, may be money in your pocket, if that is one of your objectives.
We will organize and merchandise your estate to maximize sales.
We will research items that may have additional or unique value.
Our team is made up of hard workers! We work fast and efficiently; we understand that time is of the essence when liquidating an estate.
We will advertise through social media, estatesales.net, Craigslist, and send out emails to our extensive list of loyal customers.
Everything we sell is written up on receipts. We will provide you with copies of these receipts and payment in a timely manner, never longer than one week after the close of the sale.
We can arrange for pick-up of the remaining items after the sale, if you so desire.
